BMGR Configuration

The board definition is in esp_boards/esp32_s31_korvo_1.

The board default sdkconfig enables both CONFIG_CAMERA_OV3660 and CONFIG_CAMERA_SC101IOT. Either module can be populated on the same DVP connector; esp_video auto-detects it at runtime.
