§Stability
This API is marked as unstable and is only available when the unstable
crate feature is enabled. This comes with no stability guarantees, and could be changed
or removed at any time.
Mark a function as an interrupt handler.
Optionally a priority can be specified, e.g. #[handler(priority = esp_hal::interrupt::Priority::Priority2)].
If no priority is given, Priority::min() is assumed
