Product Name indicates the chip name.
- Product Specification is a code that indicates:
Operating temperature, e.g., “N” stands for 85 °C and “H” stands for 105 °C.
(Optional) Whether the chip includes flash and PSRAM, e.g., “F” stands for in-package flash and “R” stands for in-package PSRAM.
(Optional) Interface voltage level. The default is 3.3 V Quad SPI. “V” stands for 1.8 V Octal SPI and “W” stands for 1.8 V Hex SPI.
(Optional) Size of flash and PSRAM.
Examples:
The code “NRW16” means the chip operates at 85 °C, has in-package 1.8 V Hex SPI PSRAM, and the PSRAM size is 16 MB.
The code “NR4” means the chip operates at 85 °C, has in-package 3.3 V Quad SPI PSRAM, and the PSRAM size is 4 MB.
Manufacturing Code indicates the chip revision. See the detailed mapping in ESP Chip Errata.
